A: The majority of our editable documents are available in Microsoft Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx) formats, with a select few documents offered in PDF format.

Q: How do I download my files?

A: After purchase, your files will automatically begin to download.

Q: Will I receive a physical copy?

A: No. All our products are 100% digital and delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

Q: Are the documents customisable?

Q: What kind of license do I get with my purchase?

A: Your purchase includes a single-user, non-transferable license for personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the templates.

Q: Are these documents legally binding?

A: Our templates are professionally written and designed to be legally sound, but we are not a law firm. We recommend having your customised documents reviewed by a legal or financial professional to ensure they meet your specific requirements.

Q: Can I rename and brand the documents?

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned.
